A tornado in Aumsville, Oregon. Who would have thunk it. Did a fair amount of damage, but fortunately nobody was hurt seriously. That has to be a God thing. The owner of Nichols Plumbing downtown Aumsville knows Who to give the Glory to!!! I watched some guy interviewing her and when she said "It's part of God's plan that nobody was hurt" he became mute...didn't know what to ask next..kind of funny. In all my newspaper reading lately, Oregon is a pretty godless place. Maybe things like this tornado, so unexpected, is a wake up call to get right or get left. Something to ponder next time the wind howls that's for sure.

Definitely something to ponder. I only know of one other person who used the term, "A God thing", and she passed away a few years ago. She was an elderly lady who always told me I was her adopted daughter. You brought back sweet memories for me.
Merry Christmas!!!
Remember when Jesus said to the wind "Peace, be still" from Mark 4:39. The Lord is in charge of these things not Satan. Tornados serve a purpose by transfering heat away from a local area like hurricans do in a larger area so that the surace does overheat. It is mans fault he builds flimsy structures that cannot handle weather. Pray for Wisdom.
My comment had some serious spelling errors. Tornadoes remove heat from small areas so that big thunderstorms will not overheat and end quickley. Hurricanes do the same things over a larger area and last longer. These events help keep the earth from getting to hot. And one more thing, Jesus said to the wind "Peace"..... The LORD is the CREATOR.
