Just as I thought
Well..saw the dr today..referral just as I thought. Up in Portland 45 plus miles away just as I thought. Which means if surgery, NO visitors except my faithful husband..just as I thought. but..if it helps..be worth it right? Right..just as I thought. Hope you all are having a great day!! Good..just as I thought!

How about this thought, I wish I were perfectly healthy. Just a thought! I read today that if we ate more Whole Grain we would be more healthy. I try to do this, seems to work keeping me less sick over the past few years but does not help me think less of my back pain, other than this I am doing ok at 70.
went to a friend's b'day party tonight..sixty..a kid...he's in great shape!!! Bought himself a dandy b'day gift...a brand new Dodge Ram 4x4 truck...hmmmm great. I tried to say "this is a real chick magnet" Only I said "this is a real chick maggot...we had a good laugh! Good times with good friends..about 10 of us. I'll think on Whole Grain. I have my dr setting up an appt with a specialist in Portland for my bowel problem...scary to think of another surgery but we'll see.
